Fully manage our Reseller Partner’s print category.
Suggest the RRP for every order processed, with a guaranteed minimum profit margin for our Reseller Partners on all print orders processed.
Provide hands-on training to help our Reseller Partners grow their internal print expertise and, in time, run its own print category.
Haybrooke’s role:
Provide a skilled printing industry sales and account management expert to run and manage our Reseller Partner’s print category.
Provide PDQ Print Hub, the technology platform to facilitate the management of all print quotes, sourcing, orders and tracking.
Offer ongoing training and support to print experts and Reseller Partners alike.
Act as the operational backbone of our Reseller Partner’s print category, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
Reseller Partner’s role:
Maintain focus on owning the customer relationship and bill clients directly for all print work undertaken.
Learn print processes gradually under the print expert's guidance.
Retain full ownership of their print category, data, and customers.
